Do you offer pick up and delivery?Yes, orders over $300 are delivered and installed. Some orders under $300 may be available for delivery depending on the size. Most orders under $300 or pick up only but don't stress, we will give you everything you need to install yourself. (See Grab-N-Go's)

What type of materials do you use?Our professional grade balloons are 100% biodegradable latex sourced from the top manufacturers in the market. This insures they stay inflated and looking beautiful for your event and longer!

How long will my balloons last?The longevity of the balloons depends on various factors, like, the type of balloon, the environment, and how they handled. But hey, our balloons are here to spread joy for as long as possible! Indoor airfield, balloon arrangements, and garland can last weeks (even months) in the proper conditions. To get the most out of your balloons, keep them indoors at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight or extreme heat will cause the balloons to have a finish appearance. Outdoor balloon decor varies quite a bit, depending on weather conditions and location. Typically you can expect your outdoor balloons to last 1 to 2 days. As perviously mentioned, the balloons will have a matte appearance being outdoors due to the sun.

My event isn't for a few months. When should I order my balloons?As soon as possible! Our schedule fills up quickly with so many exciting events so it's never too early to get your event on our calendar. Our suggestion would be to reserve your date at least one month in advance to ensure the day is available, and so we have enough time to order your colors and any custom materials needed for your event.

What areas do you serve?Great question! We serve eastern Connecticut and surrounding towns to include Hartford, East Lyme, Norwich, Mystic, Killingly, and More! Rhode Island, and parts of Massachusetts.

How much does balloon decor cost?Our custom balloon decor, pricing varies based on the design, add-on's, and the overall complexity of the garland or set up since each event is unique and tailored to the client. Delivery and installation fees will be included. Curious? Fill out the inquiry form so we can chat about your event!

What is a Grab-N-Go garland?Our Grab-N-Go garlands are perfect budget friendly option that still packs a POP! They are fully constructed by us and then are picked up and installed by YOU! Don't stress, we give you the hanging materials and instructions. You need to make it a breeze.

How long does the installation process usually take?Well, that varies on the scale of the design. Most of our inflating is done ahead of time so that we try to keep it to about an hour whenever possible.
